First thing to do is log into Club Penguin, and go to the Command Room. When you're there approach the yellow screen that says, "Field Ops".
Gary will then tell you your mission and you will waddle over to the left corner of the "Tube Transport" in the EPF Command Room.
When you get there your phone should start ringing and shaking, you click on your phone and this should pop up, follow the directions and you will succeed!
